All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, personal, and hygienic nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including changes of mind, sizing issues, or personal preferences. Please ensure you review product descriptions, sizes, and materials carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Icedmonarch@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders immediately, cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking information shows the order as delivered. Please contact your shipping carrier directly in such cases.
