At Iced Monarch, every piece of jewelry is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives as beautifully as it left our hands. Please review our shipping details below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard processing time is 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and customization.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 2–4 weeks for production before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a tracking number once it has shipped.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Customs clearance may affect delivery timeframes.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or location.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and package weight. Complimentary shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging each piece securely. However, if your package arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, contact us immediately at Icedmonarch@yahoo.com with your order number. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
